Carter is a new character in New Super Smash Bros. He is in the 5th level: Shutdown Park. When Samus, Pit and the Iceclimbers go into the final room of the warehouse, Carter is being attacked by Ganondorf's minions. After you save him, he joins your team. Later, he helps Yoshi find his friend on earth. He is from the game X-Recon.

Carter is a young boy that is slightly younger than Pit but older than Ness and Lucas. He has brown hair, glasses, and rainbow colored clothes resembeling a dragon because he is 40% dragon, 60% human

Pressing 1: Mecha Fly
Carter immeadietly builds a hovercraft allowing him to fly. Press 1 again to destroy it
Pressing 2: Dragon Scale
Carter plucks a dragon scale out of his hair and throwing it at the enemy
Holding 1: Mind Burst
Carter charges up energy and the enemy starts feeling shocks coming out of nowhere
Holding 2: Uplift
Carter jumps and falls relly hard making the ground quake and making enemy's dizzy
Final Smash: Percentage Switch
This move makes Carter 100% dragon for 20 seconds ABSOLUTLEY MAULING EMEMYS!!!!!!!!!!
